Returns

We hope that you find your order more than satisfactory and to our usual standards. We understand that you may wish to return your purchases and you have 14 days to do so. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned items which are not in a new or unused condition, have a returns ticket attached and are returned after the 14 day period.

All returns to Bosideng London are free of charge. Items can be returned by either taking them to our South Molton Street Store or if you prefer we can arrange to collect your order from a convenient address.

To arrange a collection for your return please email returns@bosidenglondon.com letting us know your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we have verified all the details we will send a courier to collect your parcel at a convenient time. Alternatively you can call us on 01274 659 590.

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase within 14 days.

Delivery Costs & Times

We offer standard free delivery (3 - 5 working days), a next day delivery service (if orders are received before 11am) and a collect from store service.

†Please note, Amex orders can often take 3 working days to authorise. In this instance next day delivery will not be available and the collect from store option will only be available once the payment has been authorised.

All delivery times are subject to stock availability. In the event stock is unavailable we will aim to contact you the same day.

We use DPD courier service. This is a predicted delivery courier offering a unique pre advised, one hour time delivery (where available). Once your order has been dispatched, the courier will email you or send an sms message to confirm the day of delivery. On the day of delivery, an email or sms message will be sent to advise the one hour window. Tracking your order and rearranging the day and time can all be done easily from this email or sms message.

We deliver all over the UK but unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following postcodes.
